The 2024 Cowboy State Spring Expo is March 16th, and the Christmas Expo is December 6th and 7th. Both are at the Eastridge Mall. We will set up in the corridors.
What kinds of vendors are invited to participate?
The Expo is for vendors who sell handmade items as well as commercial items. Only family-friendly products and displays are allowed. Only one vendor per commercial product is allowed at each event (e.g. Avon, Tupperware, Color Street). We have a family friendly policy as outlined below.
What do vendors need to provide?
Each space is 10' X 10'. Vendors must supply their own tables and chairs. They may also bring shelving or screens to outline their space. No canopies or canopy frames are allowed.
Are there spaces avaiable?
The best way to know if spaces are available is to register at cowboycraftfair.com. If the system lets you complete the registration process, there is a space available.
